Grrrrrrrr! The toe-kick fuses are APS, not ATM fuses. I bought the wrong add-a-circuit and I'm having trouble finding APS add-a-circuits. The engine fuses are ATM and I may now go that route, but I need to figure out how to get the wire out of the fuse box there. If it isn't one thing, its another...

Tell me about it! The AutoZone in my town actually had a couple APS add-a-circuits in stock (I'm never that lucky). However I'm still struggling with the switched power fuses. I checked the ones you mentioned, but mine seem to have constant power. Work in progress...

With or without the key inserted? I'll have to re-check...

I just bought a add-a-circuit off ebay and it will be here mid-week.

You sure you checked the right circuit? The three I selected are not part of the double fuses on the right.

My apologies, you were exactly right about the switched fuses in the toe-panel. Not sure what I was doing when I tried them last. Kinda silly how excited I was to see that it worked. I think I'm closing in on finishing my project now. Thanks for all the help, very much appreciated!

I'm waiting on a aps tap. I think I'm going to cut a big hole in the insulation behind the rear seat to mount my fuse panel for now.
