They are too rigid, and cannot be put up or taken down without contacting the mirror.
Causing the mirror to have to be readjusted.
Not to mention rolling it up and putting it under the rear seat.
They are rigid, which helps them to stay in place very well without any added support, no need to put the visors forward to hold it or anything.

What I do is fold the shade over on one side where it passes the mirror, so that it doesn't move the mirror. After some time of doing this there is a crease in the shade that makes it extremely quick and easy to fold it over, place it ahead of the mirror, then fold it back.

My wife's car has one as well

Here is my many years old weather tech sunshade from my big SUV, looking at the crease/fold for going past the mirror.

I am also really quick at rolling it up, own one for any amount of time and you figure out how to roll/unroll very quickly. I usually put it on the passenger floor or if somebody is sitting up there just toss it on the floor in the back seat or on the back seat or whatever.

I thought they may flex easier over time.
And I do like that they cover the mirror too.

I've got the circle, fold tastic style. Not sure what brand, but they're all about the same. That Cover Craft one looks neat though. I store mine between the driver seat and the console, can't STAND anything in the seat pockets because they stretch out.

idrive ... Horrible fit . Total PIA to put up and even worse to fold up. ...
Have been using this particular one for 10+ years and others in other vehicles for 20+ years. Having dexterity and hand-eye coordination, have had no difficulty in put-up and/or fold-up. YMMV
