Back in the day,(Early 90's) The coal mine my dad worked at, bought a new f150. Ordered it new, The same day they got it, It was sitting in front of my dads office running, when he went outside, it was up in flames.

Someone, (Assuming it was ford) did a investigation on it. And they thought it was caused from the transmission, if i remember correctly. I was a young pup then

I wish this would happen to all of them.
As a guy whos Ford truck is hated on and ripped on by my Chevy fanboy friends and other silverado worshipping tards in my city, it makes me smile to see this. More ammo against them. I hate silverados and its because of all their d-bag fans.

You shouldnt. No one says anything when this happens to a GM truck , yet if this were a Ford truck, all the Chebby worshippers use it as an opportunity to come out of their cesspool and rip on Ford. Don't be kind in return. F*** em.

exaggerated expression of brand loyalty is a reason not to feel bad for someone that had their truck destroyed by fire, and though I surely hope not, is or could have been hurt, even killed?

and look at this thread's title, and many of the remarks. that chevy is getting made fun of left, right and center. same as the chevy fans would do to your theoretical ford. brand bashing by the brand loyal is pretty universal. hardly a reason to say "F*** em" after someones truck caught on fire

A few years ago I saw a 99 F150 go up in flames at work. The owner put off getting the cruise control recall done a bit too long. :wallbash:

The thread title was a joke as I stated in my first post. I've had multiple Chevys and Fords. I really don't understand the brand on brand hate. I'd be more sympathetic to truck guys vs import guys. If you drive a truck, I don't care what brand, we probably have a lot more in common than a guy that drives a rice burner.....or whatever they're called these days.

On a positive note, now the guy can purchase an F150.

The new F250 caught on fire as well during testing.
