Default Where do I put the air valves for my Firestone air bags?

So I plan to install Firestone air bags on my 2019. I had them on my 2012 FX4 and really liked the way they improved the ride when towing our travel trailer. While we do quite a bit of camping, that's the only time I use the air bags. We camped for 31 nights last season, so the rest of the time I leave them at 5psi and don't mess with them. For that reason, I am not going to spend the extra couple hundred bucks (and time and energy) to install a compressor. On my last truck, I just drilled a small hole in the plastic part of the rear bumper and mounted the air nozzle there. I was hoping to do something without drilling a hole in the body (and maybe a little more creative this time. I was hoping some of you all might have some suggestions (and pics) of where you mounted your valve.

Thanks!

Don’t know if it’s workable, but instead of drilling in truck somewhere drill in license plate for the air fitting.

Just an an idea to ponder

I drilled a hole in the bottom of the bumper and ran all the hoses though the frame and bed mounting tubes (with reinforcement at the rub points). Some people choose to mount it behind the gas cap door but I thought the plastic was a bit flimsy for that.

When I installed air shocks I mounted the valve right next to the area where the rear view camera harness goes into the body between the tailgate and bumper. Wasn't exactly where I wanted it, was limited by the length of the air lines they came with. It's out of sight and can be reached with a dual foot type air chuck.

As soon as I take those off and install the airbags I'll look else where but won't really need it. I also got the compressor with remote control fob.

U can alway use the air stem to hold the license plate too. Not my truck, just a pick from the net.

I know you mentioned you don't wanna spend the money on a compressor, but IME it's worth the $$ to buy the kit and forget about it. Now days you just set a pressure, and it automatically keeps the bags there(especially considering they like to leak/weep air over time). You want more/less air, just dial it in.

Couldn't you have run it through one roof the existing holes in the bumper? I'm talking about the trailer ball holes
