I run till 1/4 tank during the summer, and 1/2 tank during the winter to prevent water in the fuel. I've gone till the low fuel light a few times, but that was just checking for total real range.

in the middle of the dessert? half tank.
most of the time, when it says low fuel... there is always a gas station close by.
i had never run out of gas.
not using the car for sometime? full tank.

sometimes i go maybe 20 miles past the E light but have gone 50 miles before.. just depends where im at and what im doing..

I fill up at 1/4 but when winter comes ill prob do closer to half

I usually fill up at 1/2 or 1/4 Tank never below the 1/4 mark though, too risky. Depends on my driving and if I am on a long trip or city driving.

Usually head to the gas station when the gauge read between 1/4 and 1/2 tank.

I keep mine above the 1/4 tank mark but have never filled it up all the way. 3/4 of a tank is about the most it has had in a while. I do have another vehicle though.
