Everything will be fine (as has been noted in several other posts and responses).

- no fitment or interference issues. *since wheel diameter and tire width ave only increased 1".
- speedometer will be off by +3%. *IMO not worth the $$$ or effort to rectify
- will need to use your lug nuts (the gen'13 lug nuts have different thread), though will sitick-off slightly. *NBD and cosmetic.
- TPMS-12 sensors (gen'12 type) will need to replace the TPMS-35 (gen'13 type) since they are not compatible. *RECOMMEND getting *new* rather than [i]swap[i] your old, since the battery life is ~8years
