Unhappy wheel balance

i just had some 22inch wheels put on my 2010 ford f150, and had them rebalanced twice and still around 60 and 70 it has a slight shack in the steering wheel can't figure out what to do? take them to another shop to see if they can rebalance them correct?

Default One Step Further:

Have a load-force balancing done on the tires. Sometimes a tire can have a fault that shows up at high speed that cannot be balanced out. I ran across the same situation as you are experiencing just last week. One of the four new tires has been replaced on warranty.
The load-force balancing system can detect the trouble and the tire can be replaced on warranty as long as no more than 25% of the tread has been worn off.
That guarantee, according to my local tire shop, is universal....many folks don't know about it.
