Default Power Steering

I have a quick question about my power steering on my 05 150, When I go to steer the wheel seems to stick, The place I bought it from says thats normal as its power assisted not actually power steering. I drive ford ambulances and don't have this issue. Is it different in pickups?

I have a 2005 and it returns to center properly. They are wrong. Have them show you another one, even another year. They know it's not right.

Unfortunately its a used car lot and they don't have any more 150s on the lot. Having a lot of issues already. Alternator went second day I owned it, Exhaust fell off and they won't cover it because its a dual exhaust and needs brakes and again won't cover them. Any ideas on what could be wrong, Power steering pump? Belt is ok.

Could be the pump, rack or binding somewhere. You'd need to check pump pressure and go from there. Sounds like a place I'd never buy from.

You have some options to things going wrong. How long ago did you buy it from them?If its 3 months or before. They are under the lemon law to.Also if they refuse to,report them to the BBB in your state.Picket them if you have time. They will fix it right away cause used lots needs sales. The lemon law is your friend and so is the BBB.Use it

I've had it less then a month, isn't the lemon law for vehicles that have the same problem fixed 3 times without results?
