Default What's up with SIRIUS??

I've had my truck for about 3 months now. I bought it used. Sirius worked for about the first month and a half and then I got zapped with the kill signal.
Obviously Sirius worked last month when they were offering a free month to every body.
My Sirius has been working so far this entire month we are currently in. Yesterday morning when I went to turn on my truck I got an announcement on my LCD screen that my free subscription was over with and to call and 800-number.
So I turn the truck off ran in the house because I forgot something when I came back out of the house and turned the truck back on Sirius was working perfectly and still is.
I'm not complaining about getting free music from this company but what the Hells going on LOL

If you have an account you can go to the Sirius/XM web site, and have a refresh signal send out. Maybe that will help. I haven't had any problems like that.

Notice the OP said "I'm not complaining about getting free music from this company". He doesn't have an account...

I wouldn't bother with calling them either. I've got it in the 150, and another account for my big truck. I've called them a couple times, and wind up trying to figure out the mumbling on their end. Typical anymore it seems. They hire people who can barely speak English, let alone understand it.
I swear, they need some competition.

RANT over!!!!LOL

I guess I've been the lucky one John. I called twice this year, and both times spoke with an (I think) an American. They spoke better english than this old southern boy.

Ya, you were lucky. Really, I don't care what nationality/ethnic background a person has. But if they're dealing with the public, they should have passable language skills.
Oh well, I've been told I sound funny at times, but I can still communicate, I think. LOL

Am I the only one that HATES how Sirius sounds in the truck? Sounds like total crap, especially compared to what it sounds like through my iPod and FM HD stations. My '13 Tacoma with upgraded JBL system had XM radio and it sounded like crap as well. Thoughts?

My 2014 sounds good. But maybe I'm not an audiophile.
