My 2010 5.4 has under 95,000. I've put less than 5000 on it in nearly two years. Plug change was OK but I could have spent more time blowing crud out of the holes.

I'd check for any sign of decay in the rockers and cab corners. It's easier to spot box rust.

Less then 5000 in two years??? I must be driving too much. The dealer changed the plugs before I got it so I should be good, and It's been in NC its whole life so no rust yet.

Also $7000 for that truck seems real high. I'd say it'd be worth more in the 4-5k range for being a 2000
