I have a 2014 XLT Supercab with the HDPP. I bought it new, and the salesman hooked up my phone so I could receive calls while driving. I have a new phone now, but I can't add it to the Sync system. How do I delete the old phone from the Sync and add my new one?

 

Go to phone, Settings and then Bluetooth devices on mine with MFT there is a button to add and remove on the right side.
Page 325 in my Owners Manual and mine is a 13.

 

If you couldn't find the answer in your manual, a simple Google search would yield the answer.

Delete the old phone first, makes things easier.

Thanks for the help. I finally succeeded in getting the old phone out and the new phone in. Even got my wife's phone installed as a secondary. Now she can use Sync phone now also, if she's driving the truck when I'm not in it.
