Default vibration

Good morning everyone, I was wandering if anyone has run across this problem in the past. I have a 2016 ford F150 XLT Lariat with 5.0 with 6 speed automatic transmission. The problem I am experiencing is this. After about 10 miles of normal driving. I am assuming warming up time. I get an intermittent vibration, now this vibration is not constant it is random and can be felt thru out the whole truck, but it only happens when I am at a constant speed. like when I use cruise control. It will do this at any speed if it is constant. If I am speeding up or slowing down it does not happen. the things that I have done so far is I checked the trans fluid it is full, and I have replaced the tires all the way around brand new. This has been doing it for some time now but has steadily gotten worse. the alignment is spot on, and there is no vibration in the steering when it happens. Does anyone have any Ideas. This issue has developed over time Only when I am at constant speed whether I am in cruise mode or manual peddle. it is a violent vibration not just a buzz not in the peddle or steering but the rest of the truck that last for about 2 seconds then goes away but recurs every few seconds. I'm getting so I don't want to drive this truck. Ive had other F150s and have never had this issue before.

Do you feel it in the seat, and do you feel anything from the steering wheel?

Found the Problem it's called a torque converter shutter, the clutch bands are worn from age (192k miles) which causes the torque converter to slip a little during a constant speed thus causing the vibration estimated cost to fix at my local Ford dealership, between $1500.00 and $3000.00 depending on parts needed. (IT IS A FULL transmission removal) They say it's possible to put off the fix with a fluid flush with new fluid a filter and a transmission additive so may do that first. if that dont work get it fixed and trade for newer truck lower miles. Maybe a Lightning EV

Interesting. My 2016 F150 XLT with 5.0 and 6 speed transmission started doing this about a year ago. When it started, it only happened occasionally; but, as time went on it started happening more and more often. I was getting ready to haul my camper across the country back in April. I was sure it was in the drive train. I was terrified of how much it would cost and how long it would take to get parts/complete the repair. My solution? I traded it for a new 2025 F150 Lobo. I loved that truck. I'm loving my new truck even more.

I don't care for these multi-gear transmissions. Too much shifting. shifting causes heat. I totally believe in the fluid exchange. Burnt fluid can ruin a transmission very quickly. I rebuilt transmissions for several years. I enjoyed it.
I would go back to a manual gear before i buy one of these new automatics
