Default Upgraded to Super Duty

Has anybody else upgraded the the F250 Super Duty? I went looking for a new F150 or the possibility of a Nissan Titan and brought home a new 17 Super Duty.

Nice truck!!! If I still a needed an SD, I'd sure have one. Had 4 F250's, 3 of them SD's. Still sorta miss them, makes it less dubious hooking a trailer for sure.

If I was regularly towing over 7,500 lbs I would get a SD. I don't think it's a good idea to regularly tow over 75% of a truck's max capacity, an occasional max capacity pull a short distance is OK.

Awesome truck! Last time I bought one, had to cut out the back the garage to make it fit! If I still had that house I'd have one now.

If I were to, I would only get the 6.2 w/ 4.30 gears....which are harder to find. Big difference compared to the 3.73.

They are all so tall in stock form though!

Agreed. Put my Camper on this last week and didn’t need the weight distribution kit at all. I agree with the chrome uncleg, but at the time of purchase 17’s were slim pickens, and for what I got for my trade it was worth the upgraded pkg.
