Default Understanding OBD1 trouble codes

I'm working on a 1995 Ford F150 with a fuel injected 4.9 liter engine. I am using an Actron CP9145 scanner. I retrieved the following codes.
KOEO fast - 111,122,212
KOEO slow - 111, 212
KOER fast - 411, 412
KOER slow - 411, 412, 538
Can anyone make sense of this?

Default Understanding OBD1 trouble codes

I'm new to this, so, I do not understand "Not sure how the codes are coming out....but guessing on your post..kinda like s.o.s.....lol" The codes were read with an Actron CP9145 scanner which reads both OBD1 & OBD2. All the information I have seen indicates OBD1 codes are 2 digits so I'm not sure what the 3 digit codes extracted from OBD1 mean.

Never seen a dual scanner....back in obd 1 days the scanner and adapter/cartrige was specific to the brand....ford/chev/dodge/toyota/imports.....i think in the link above it showed how to get the check engine light to flash the code out on the light...obd 1 was only 2 digit codes....so yeah the 3 digit is throwing lots off...
