Has anyone out there had any experience with this website? I have to say my experience with truckaddons.com has not been good. I ordered a Bakflip G2 on 9/23 and I have not recieved a tracking number yet. I have sent three emails to their tracking request email (tracking@truckaddons.com) and called numerous times. Nada, Zip, Zilch as far as any kind of response. When you call and select "tracking" they don't have anyone that actually answers that line. It is just a message stating that they do not answer calls in regards to tracking purchased items. Luckily I paid with Pay Pal and I called them today to file a dispute and get my money back. I may be jumping the gun, but in this day and age there is absolutely no excuse for not taking a customer's call or returning a customers call or email in an orderly fashion if you want them to continue to do business with you. I would seriously reconsider if you plan to order anything from truckaddons.com

 

Shipping and UPS really are slow. Hopefully it works out for you.

 

I have an order placed with them only they responded to my email quickly. Still my order is going to be drop shipped from the manufacture when other retailers had it in stock. Almost 3 weeks from calling my order in to when they say it will be shipped but who knows when it will be at me door.

I will not do business with them again or recommend them to anyone else.

 

My BakFlip took about two weeks or more to ship from them. I called them without any problem and they did provide a tarcking number for me, no response from email though.

Hang in there, you waited to long to cancel now!

 

Same crap I went thru trying to get a Bedtred, I canceled the order after a week of no contact, got it thru autoanything.com
