Default Truck Skipping Problem

07 F150 4x4 5.4 115000 miles developed skip. Gas milage dropped. Diagnostic indicator light showed sporadic misfire and driver side converters oxygen sensor showed fault. Changed plugs and it is still skipping. Computer would not show which coil pack was misfiring. Front cylinder and back cylinder on drivers side showed some misfire and were changed. Also changed fuel filter. Truck is still skipping. Help! Anybody got any ideas?

I think Ford uses a Bosch Premium as a replacement unit, should last quite a while.

Replaced 2 more coil packs today. All have been replaced now on driver side where air sensor showed code. still skipping. this is getting expensive.Truck has been to 2 different ford dealerships, 2 shade trees and to a diesel expert. No one can find the problem.Forgot to mention, that it will not skip when cold. Never felt so frustrated.
