Tools for what? To work on the truck (adjustable wrench, plyersl duct tape, 3 screw drivers and a small socket set) tool for work? God only knows what you do for a living, we don't.

I keep tow straps, jumper cables, gloves, a foldable snow shovel, a expandable ice scraper, a 172 piece crescent tool set, a trailer hitch, and a tow hook that fits into the receiver if you have the tow package. There are a few other things but that's all I can think of right now.

If your truck has locking lug nuts, make sure you carry the key in the truck with you. Don't ask me how I know this ...

Other than that, pretty much the same stuff as me1234.

I have a small socket set, tire plug kit/pump, couple of screwdrivers, tow strap.
I have roadside assist for 7yr/60k, but if it's something i can take care of and be on my way, I'd rather do that than wait around.

You forgot, cinder block, .45.

I don't carry anything really other than tie down straps and a length of chain. I don't drive the truck nearly as much as I'd like to. When I do though it's always close enough to home.
