I looking at a Tractor Supply low profile black tool box for my truck ( 07 fx4 screw). I've found the one I want it's $289. I also want to get rid of my window mount cb antenna for a 102" whip. I just don't know where to mount it. I want to mount it on the tool box, not on the truck. Any suggestions where to mount? Possibly in the front between the box and window??

 

i would get a clamp mount for the antenna and mount it in the middle of the tool box to the front between the box and cab, i wouldnt run a 102 personally they whip all over the place when off road and ive had them hit my hood and friends vehicles... a smaller fiberglass antenna would do just as well so long as it and your radio are tuned correctly...
