Toggle switch under rear bumper 2013 F150 4X4

Ok thats the oddest place for a disconnect switch for something I have ever heard of.
I get it as a lot of working vans around here always have to put out cones around them, no matter where they are parking as a safety thing so they have a real good understanding as to what is directly around their vehicle before they move it.
But still for creature comfort I would have put that in the truck so I got in it fired it up flipped the switch then backed up.. course I'm efficient like that.. Other people call it lazy.
Someone told me once." You want to find the most efficient way to do something, give it to a lazy person, within 3 times of doing it they will find the easiest, best , with least amount of effort on how to do something"
I look at it this way. "Work smarter not harder"
