Tire size question
I have 265-60-18 on my pick up which are pretty worn out.I don't have the coin for new ones right now but found some used ones SIZE 255-70-18.Will these work and should I or shouldn't I get these untill I save for new shoes?

Yes they will work fine. If you don't mind having a slimmer tire. Take a little more time, and search craigslist. You can find tires all over the place that will look better, and get you the right traction.
