tire and rim help

I need to know if a set of rims from a 2003 F150 (5 lug) will 1. fit my 2009 F150 and 2. can I use my current tires with them?
The rims are 17x7.5 J and my tires are 255/65R17

No. Count the lugs on your truck. Should be 6 or 7.
