I would have to say that they are 33" just that the weight of the truck loses half inch, equating to a full inch (half on the top and half on the bottom). My 35x12.5 Mickey Thompsons measure 35 new but only come to 34.4 when mounted and on the truck. But this is just my opinion and by no means factual.

unless you have something sitting on the top of the tire then this doesnt make sence.

you would lose about .5" from vehicle mass.

The thing is if due to vehicle wight then it is 1" not 0.5" because the tier compression is on the bottom only the top of the tier is not compressed. This tier should be 33.3" tack 32" this mean I lost 1.3" due to vehicle wight. Witch is unlikely if so then the tier will lock out of shape at this rat.
any one have an idea I am lost hear.

Then I should get 32.8 or so?
So I am losing 0.8", that is not wright.
Maybe because my wheel is 18x9 wide and the tiers are 325/60-18. This tier is approved for 9" to 10". But measured on 9.5".
I am confused.
