OP, Mine came with those exact tires and I had them at 35psi cold for a year. Afterwards I went up to 38-40 psi and got slightly better gas mileage.

My 2019 XLT has those tires, too, and I find it handles and corners better if the tires are around 38-40 psi cold, too. Not a huge fan of the Primacy tires in snow and heavy rain, but otherwise they have held up fine. I have over 50,000 on mine and they are still going strong.
