After being in contact with Ford service through this thread, my truck is back in the shop and they are trying again to fix this issue. I just find it funny that I bring in a Ford F150 for repairs and they put me in a Nissan Frontier as a loaner....lol

A follow up on the throttle problem. The dealer took it back in and this time they decided to change out the throttle body. I'm a little pissed that they decided to do this after the factory warranty expired but I did buy the extended warranty so it only cost me $100. This is there answer for my problem, okay.

Almost forgot, while they had it in the shop, they decided to do a full service on it as well and tried to charge me for that too, I asked why I would have had that done when it should have been in their records that it was done only a thousand miles before. They dropped that charge at least. I am pretty disappointed in the way ford and the dealership has handled this whole situation. I just bought a new truck and it says GMC on it, it's in my driveway parked next to my Ford. Ford caused this. Hopefully I won't have any major problems now with either truck.

Thanks for all the comments and advice, it seems to have helped, at least it calmed me down a bit.

It's bull****. I have been ****ed at the Ford dealer also, and after reading up on new trucks, and seeing the ridiculously costly problems with their diesels...I think I am no longer a loyal Ford dude.
I have to hope my full size truck makes it to 100k miles nowadays.
