Default Throttle hesitation on a warm engine...

Goofy problem here.....recently I've been getting a slight hesitation on my throttle at idle or first accelerating, BUT only on a warm engine. It does not hesitate when it's been sitting for awhile. When i drive it around, that's when it occurs, like after sittinig at a light. Going to try the throttle response method, but I have also heard of reflashing the PCM??

Ok, did the throttle response 3 times and got more response, but still did not fix the problem at idle. It does do more in reverse than anything. When put in reverse, it acts like it's still in neutral till a little gas is given to it.....Xnsmn problem maybe???

any codes or CEL that you know of? i would start by having the free test at a parts shop to see if there is an codes stored in the computer, also you could look into cleaning your MAF and TB they could be causing your issue how many miles on the truck? have you replaced your fuel filter or FPDM?

Clean your throttle body good and then run a tank of premium with some injector cleaner through it... It could help get some of that gunk off and may help your response
