Anyone have this issue before? The needle stays way past the "H" side and doesn't seem to work. However, the diagnostic scan shows engine temp is normal. How do I get the needle to work again? Thanks in advance!

That's still not much information; either in your signature, or in your post. You asked how to get it to work "again", but you didn't mention when it stopped working (time/miles), or what might have caused it to stop (damage, repairs, mods, collision...?), or if it happened suddenly or progressively. Nothing about the truck's history, or maintenance... We're not telepathic - you have to tell us everything you know for us to help you figure it out.
