Sync Software Update: Recursive Download Link

Question Sync Software Update: Recursive Download Link

Added my new (to me) 2011 F-150 to my FordOwner and it tells me there is a Sync update from December 2015 (vehicle still has the original software versions from the factory as it has never been updated). But whenever I click on the Download Sync Update button, it flashes the screen several times and dumps me back onto the same page.

This is on a Mac and I've tried Safari, Firefox, and Chrome. Firefox actually briefly displays a small "System Error" window but is closed quickly and dumps me back onto the same page as the others.

I've actually been trying this since Thursday so it's not been isolated as a weekend issue.

Can anyone else access this?

I've already had an established account since my 2009 F-150 so I know how to use the site and have performed updates before; I only had to add my newly purchased 2011 and download the Dec 2015 update that I was notified about.

But yea, I will probably have to wait until tomorrow/weekdays to contact them regarding the issue.

The update in your account was added in error. Our engineers are currently working to remove it and add the correct version when it's available.
