Suggestions on flag

OK, so here's what i've got so far...

I put these 2 brackets on the sides of the PVC, then took and(still trying to figure out how) fixed it to mount up to the bed rail between the toolbox and cab(has to be removable to open the box) the flag slides into the pipe and i am going to drill a hole to put a pin through the flag pole and the PVC so it wont pull out. any suggestions would be great!

Yeah, bolted from the inside with short bolts. You can add a piece of plate inside the tool box for rigidity.

I'm not against putting a flag on there, I'm just warning you (and it's not enforced, so don't worry) but legally speaking flying an American flag without proper lighting is actually illegal. If you're going to fly it you gotta light it up at night

Exactly. I would take my flag out before dark and in inclement weather, so I didn't need any lights.

I made mine, and it goes in the receiver, but i would love to mount a bigger one in the bed!

These pics are from way back when my truck was still stock, so don't mind them LOL
