Stuck Lug nuts

Got it off. Asked the neighbor if he could sharpen my drill bits (he has drill doctor). He had to ask whats going on and check it out.
He saw the snapped off top, then said let the adults take over
He pounded one of the extractors on flush to that stub (I was not able get it straight, it is all crushed), then took my breaker bar to it, pulled very hard, it flexed, he shook his head. He is a big strong guy too. I pointed to the impacts he said not for this.
Left, came back with a 6' iron pipe. Huge pop! It was off in second. Those extractors are amazing.
I called a place they said probably $100 to get it off with a new lugnut. They said they like to drill them out (sure, more labor to install the stud too).
He took off the other wheel lugnuts with the pipe, some needed LOTS of effort. The snapped one already went thru lots of torture to remove, even so it was hard.

How do the seating surfaces of the nut and the wheel look? Curious about what was bonded to what.
