Default Strange braking issue

I recently bought a 2000 f150 (XLT,4.2l). I've got a braking issue that I have yet to figure out. When stopping, the front end wants to pull toward the passenger side. Stop hard enough and you need to pull the wheel the opposite direction.

I've checked/changed the pads on both sides and reasonably sure the callipers are working correctly. Can someone give me some clues to what I need to be looking for?

Thanks
Jeff

Air in the brake line to driver's front.
