speed restricted sync features
How do I defeat or eliminate the sync-3 speed restriction on use for text message, resetting destination, .... Not even the passenger can access when the truck is moving.

You need to get a coastal tech lock pick, look it up.
It's a box that plugs in line and allows you to use those functions while moving.
