I'll keep this short because it makes me angry discussing it.
in 35 months of ownership, my truck is still in the shop currently, approaching its 14 month of shop time out of those 35 months, as it is getting engine number five installed. To say that I wouldn't ever buy another crapboost is an understatement. If they were free I wouldn't take one, I would instead go pay for something else. Ford made me such a good offer because of my headaches I ordered a new 2020, otherwise I would have probably bought a GM or Ram. That is the clean version of the story without the rant that it really makes me want to give!
