Can someone Please tell me why there is a silverado ad on our FORD F150 FORUM ...

they are ad banners, like google ads, or something. this forum has no control over what is posted on the ads.

They have no control over what ads pop up. It's all automatic. I never even notice them, I don't look there.

I believe they pay to post the ads on this site. Thats what makes this site possible. Correct me if Im wrong please, thats just how I think I heard it worked. No control over what ads show up

Okay, glad to see I'm not the only one who noticed this. Not to say I dislike it tho. The new silverado is nice looking and supposed to be a pretty good truck but yeah, why the hell it would be advertised on a f150 forum is beyond me. Except that is it is completely random and uncontrolled, which apparently is the case.

You've never heard of a person going from Ford to Chevy, Chevy to Ford, and so on?

Who cares, it's an advertisement, it's not like it's changing much.
