I just went ahead and bent over the time I rolled around to 30K but if I had to do it again I would get the things done myself, or do most of them myself. I might be able to find the sheet that says what all they do for you.

The maintenance schedules should be available, if nowhere else, in the owners manual. I always opt to follow the 'severe-duty' schedule - in the scheme of things - oil, fluids, and filters are cheap as compared to an early failure.
If you feel comfortable doing the work - by all means, you can save a lot of dough doing it yourself, plus you have the knowledge on what all was done and how well it was done. A shop manual and some basic tools will pay for themselves quickly.

I'm at 33k miles right now and have been thinking about whether to take the truck in and get the 30k mile stuff done. Probably will take it in soon and at least have the oil & fule filter changed as well as getting the tires rotated.
