I've never used it,but LOTS of guys over on a fishing forum i belong to use it and really believe in it.I can say i've never seen anything bad on it from anyone. On that forum we have a few really good mechanics,and they all highly recomend it.

 

Depends what you are trying to use it for. The chemistry of it really has no place in the crankcase and it's a ho hum fuel stabilizer. It does a little for fuel system deposits (depending on the type of deposit), but there are better cleaners out there. People use it and get the placebo effect, but the actual studies prove there are better things. I'm not a fan of the vacuum method either. If there are piston deposits, steam is the gold standard or a good piston soak. For the throttle body/intake manifold a hand cleaning is easy to do.

 

I've used it, but only on higher mile vehicles. Until you have 50k miles on the odo, you don't have enough buildup to cause performance issues.

 

i have used it and it works great for me.

 

used it on my old ranger with 19x,xxx miles and it worked good. have to watch out for the people who try to blame seafoam for a blown engine or messed up motor. i have seen people try this for a last stitch effort to fix there blown motor and they try to say the sea foam blew there motor.

if you hear ticking or something mechanical is wrong this product will not fix it.

if your looking to clean up inside your engine or store it sea foam is great stuff. dont expect mircles and you too will be happy with seafoam
