I'm hoping someone can help me with suggestions or products that have worked for you that get scuffs out of black wheels? Thanks in advance.

Claybar if it is any kind of paint transfer.

Barkeepers Friend if it can be cleaned off.

Small DA buffer and polishing compound to get out fine scratches.

I second TJ's suggestions. The close ups look like there is some paint transfer that would likely buff out.
