sooo i just checked my gas mileage and im getting 10-11 mpg all city...and i drove like an old gramps too..supposed to be getting like 15 mpg..might have to do with the fact that i have alot of stop lights and stop signs where i live, alot of stopping and going. idk but thats some ****ty mileage!!

do you have the supercharger? All I have so far is the roush cold air intake. the mpg was reputted to change for the better but it has not. mine is local driving too but I do get 15 mpg, I was hoping it would increase and then when I did install the roush exhaust system it would improve again. but if i did not improve witht he cold air intake, then I don't know about spending the extra cash for the exhaust.

no, i dont have a supercharger, 5.4L, gotts mod, silencer mod, 3.73 gears. i cleaned my TB and MAF and i did notice a gain on my total mileage on a full tank of gas. im guna have to check some stuff out cz 10 mpg is crap...my dad gets that with his excursion and my uncle gets 9 with his V10 gas f250

Sorry to tel ya,but the E-3 plugs you saw,weren't for the 5.4's. They were for the 4.6 V/8. Friend of mine works at oreilly and he only shows them for the 4.2/4.6 applications.They are not made for any 5.4's.So check to make sure they said the 5.4,not the 4.6 application.Also e-bay shows then just for the 4.6 application.
