I bought a Pro Comp add a leaf for 1.5''. Suppose to settle a little after some time. Haven't installed it yet.

There are rear blocks you can buy to stack on top of your factory rear block. I bought the ReadyLift 3" rear block to replace my factory 1.25" block, so I netted 1.75" of rear lift.

Blocks IMO. But don't stack them, get some one piece tapered blocks. It'll maintain your pinion angle, whereas shackles tend to throw it off, and look like 12th grade auto shop most of the time. That statement is for lifting, lowering is another thing.
Really though, depending on your truck use, that AAL is a good way to go as well. If you get a long leaf, your ride difference a lot of times is negligible.
I've got an NFab long leaf on my Ranger, lifted it close to 2", and I've noticed no difference in ride quality. Possibly I'm not OCD in that department. I've also done AALs on many trucks of my own, Dodges and Fords, all full size, with the same results.

Blocks for simply adding lift and you are just using the stock block. Cheap enough and easy enough to swap out.

I already have 3.25'' (1.25+2) on my rear. I like the bonus of a slight bump in payload with the leaf. Even if 900lbs is exaggerated, I like having even just half that.

Ya, that'll help a lot with the way these 1/2, and a lot of 3/4 ton trucks sag with a light load in them. Let's be truthful guys, you know they do.
I went with airbags instead of a leaf for a change of pace on this 150. If I did it again, I'd likely use a long leaf instead of blocks. Best of both worlds, less sag, plus get a little lift.

If you just want the increased height, blocks are the cheapest and easiest.

I did 1" shackles on my truck and it probably took me an hour longer vs just a taller set of blocks.

Then the add a leaf to current springs sounds to be what most of you would do if I'm reading this right, so any leaf recommendations just to raise 1-1.5", thanks.
