Can't suggest a brand but can tell you to get the biggest you can afford...

I want something powerfull enough to pull a tube, and a 3 seater. Looking at a Yamaha VX Cruiser

That would be an excellent starter ski. Still plenty of power for pulling people and racing across the lake.
