Default Power window won't raise

The power window on the passenger side will go down using the switch on that door but it won't raise. The switch on the drivers door will operate that window both ways.
... any thoughts ?

EDIT: First off, let me ask what year and model F150 do you have? If it is the 04-08 model, the below may be your issue. If it is a different year, you may have a different issue, not sure.

This is more than likely this issue if once door won't roll it up but another door will. I've replaced two of these on my 2006 F150's driver door. Not sure of the passenger door price, but the driver cost me roughly $70.

it's a 2006 FX4 Screw ....

I noticed the entry to the switch repair too .... it sounds like it could be the problem, worth a try at least.
The motor seems to be fine since it will work from the switch on the drivers door.

Well ... pulled the door apart and then took the switch out and cleaned it up ... only took about 20 minutes and seemed to do the trick for now .... beats replacing the switch for the time being at least.

To MHC-F150, thanks for posting the window switch fix, I've been having problems with my driver side door switch and was getting ready to go to a wreckers and get a used one, I tried taking the assembly apart 2 weeks ago and was stumped by the sealed unit, (I used to drive dodge which are much easier to take apart) I'll give this a go this weekend.

thanks again

Hi, I'm gathering notes on basic solutions to problems such as this. I'd like to take not of your opinions and jot them down on my notepad. If you all don't mind. Its for personal use as I need to write something about parts supplied by Ford like Power Window Switches compared to after market Power Window Switch

Let me know on how to acknowledge you.
