There's a Ford power package which includes the key fobs and electrical components necessary to do the conversion. I really don't know anything about it, but, it couldn't be too hard to install. Probably pretty expensive like other stealership parts you might buy ... might be worth looking in to.

I know it's an old thread but I just did this upgrade on my 2011 F150 XL and I'm very happy. I bought the conversion kit online from A1Electric.com and let the local Ford dealer put them in. The kit was about $350 and the labor to put in was $750. The best money I've spent so far on the truck. It sounds expensive but it's still cheaper than spec'ing the Option Package from the factory for $3K. The Ford mechanic who worked on the install said the motor in the Kit was the same as used in factory Ford vehicles. There's a vid on my YouTube channel that shows the new controls for the windows. Cheers!

Yea whoa $750? I bought the same power window kit from a1 electric for $240 and put it in on a saturday at work with the oem door panels. Took me about 5 hours because I wanted to run the Ford power window switches and not aftermarket ones.

Installation of power door lock is not that hard if you figure out the right way to wire it.The hardest part is just getting the alarm system installed to use them.
It is better to leave some of technical things to the right people [technician] as they may be a bit costly but after all they save your time and energy from all this hassles and at the end if something goes wrong at the end you still have someone to hold responsible for.

I wouldn't do it myself and a cheap shop I went to first said they had had after-install problems with power windows and had sworn to never touch them again. The work was done at a FORD DEALER. You think they are cheap in your area? I'm in Ontario Canada so labor rates here are much higher than in US... If I were doing it again I'd probably just drive 2 hours to Michigan and get it installed there for at least 30% cheaper.
