It wasn't a core, it was my box I resealed. Doesn't matter anyways, I got a new pitman arm shortly after.

All done! Not too bad a job. Hardest part was the pitman arm but managed to get it off. All told took about 2 hours getting off and half our to put it back together. No leaks or drips. But now I think I may have to get a pump cause I drove it a little bit with no fluid and now even though it's full there's a slight whine in the pump. Oh well. it will be easier that's for sure!! Final question tho, when asking some one about why it went bad to start with he said it was my fault because for a couple months I ran unbalanced tires on the front. The truck rarely went over 10 miles an hour but occasionally I had to take it on the road and it would shake like hell from 30 to 40 mph then stop. He said that shaking probably wallowed out the seal. Anyway thanks guys for the help! Joe

Drive it for a couple weeks before you replace the pump, air has a way of getting trapped and it takes a little time to work it out.

Told ya the job wasn't that big a deal and now you have an extra $150 in your pocket.
