Exclamation plz help

i have just got my hands on a 95 f150 4.9l l6
check the compression all was fine till i got to cyl 6 30psi
so i shot a lil oil in the cyl and it jump to 145psi... this means my rings right...
so i unplug the #6 injector ... i was thinking that this would keep the gas off the cyl wall....i plan on fixing this put as of right now its my way to work!!!
if i could get some helpful hints on keeping it form messing any more up..

How does it run with it connected and disconnected. The fuel will burn before it runs down the cylinder wall as it is a mist, not liquid. I would leave connected, it should not hurt anything, just take it easy on the motor.
