This. Sell those wheels and get something new aftermarket ones. I wouldn’t put spacers on.

Yep, those are aftermarket lift spindles. They lower the axle position in the spindle while keeping everything else in place, which lowers the wheel in relation to them. I've seen issues of the wheel hitting the arm close to the upper control arm, could be none of them had 17" wheels.
Spacers won't fix this, you need larger wheels. Even if you get a tie rod with a smaller joint, it probably will still interfere when you turn the wheels to lock. Looking like either new wheels or new rise spindles that also move the tie rod point enough to permit 17" wheels.
