Are those rotors the same bolt pattern as the front? What are they from? Custom drilled lug spacing? What will the calipers be from? Do they have provisions for a parking brake?

I did want to see this so you should have expected lots of questions.

So what rotors are those? I don't know of any rear rotors with the truck bolt pattern. Common conversion caliper is from a Cadillac (although I can't remember which) that has the e-brake.

It would be good to know for when you have to replace them. I'm going to look into doing this on my truck, although it may just be one of those dream plans. What are you doing for the brake proportioning? I assume you're dumping the rear ABS since you've swapped rears.

Cool, sounds good. I'm more familiar with the Chevy braking system so I know exactly what to do for one of those. Ford uses that little valve that screws onto the master cylinder to take care of the proportioning, so I don't know if just removing that would boost the pressure but the fronts still have to grab slightly before the rears do for better control. On a Chevy the stock proportioning valve would be removed and replaced with an adjustable one. I think for lines all you will have to do is add rubber lines from the steel ones to the calipers since the calipers actually move with wear.
