If you got incentive protection (You get the rebates from when you ordered if higher) it should qualify. If you didn't you will have to wait until the VIN is issued. At least that's my understanding. When ordering I always get Incentive Protection but I've been using the Brochure Rebates for years when it was the biggest PCO. Also in the past Customer Service has been able to extend the PCO expiration date by 30 days (multiple times if necessary) but I don't know if they can do it on the new $3000 PCO.
