Park far out.
Back in.
Never pass up a pullthru.
Next to an island whenever possible.
Always weathervane for warmth in winter and cool in summer, saves battery, +4mpg and hot eco chicks dig me now.

I always look for an isolated spot that has at least no parking on one side. Then I pull way over away from the other parking spot. I back in sometimes depending on which set of doors I will be loading stuff into.

I work in a factory and about 50% of the trucks are parked at the back of the lot where they can all be pulled through with minimal maneuvering. I personally look for the area where everyone has pulled through every other space and the row behind is every other space in between the first row so everyone can pull through. I am convinced, this is how gentlemen park.

Jmfalcon,
Wow!
New olympic sport.
Synchronized parking!!!!
I completely agree this would be the way gentlemen park.
I worry you might have overestimated the number of gentlemen available.

Yeah, we usually end up waayyyy in the back because some idiots in minivans saw "all those spots ". When you're going to stagger it, you have to park far enough out that idiots won't want to park with you.

First off I like FREE parking best lol !!! Back into your spot whenever possible. It drastically reduces your chances of backing over some little kid or your own kids bike the next time you use your truck. Your more likely to look out and at the front of your truck before you move. I also like to park at least 1/2 to 3/4 the way out in a parking lot right beside another fancy lookin new car or truck or next to an island or pole. The wife will even say,"Park out further this is too close to morons !!"

Its kinda funny as this is my first full size SCREW truck and now that I have it and I park where I do I have noticed that big parking lots are a virtual sea of Quad cabs and Supercrews about half way out. Just an observation.
