Recent changed my spark plugs when I was getting misfire codes. After I changed them I got a p0174 code which then started misfiring again. I switched 2 coils then the problem went away for a moment the truck ran fine with no hesitation. After a few hours the check engine light returned and so has the hesitation. I'm told it could be a MAF sensor but I cleaned it and still have issues. I was wondering if it might be a fuel injector issue or failing fuel pump?

 

Check the ceramic insulator on the plugs you changed, it's very easy to crack them when changing and will cause the symptoms you describe.
