Mine is a 2wd

Conman that is a BEAUTIFUL truck.

There is NOTHING wrong with going offroad with a 2WD. It's not a bad idea to ride along with a 4x4, but for a quick "mud up" or exploration you should be more than fine...just remember, nice and easy, faster you spin the tires, the more they can dig.

I was a tour guide for an ATV/H1 Hummer company for 5yrs, I've been up some crazy trails here in the desert and I was more amazed that a 2wd F150 ripped past me up this hill than I was about not flipping myself (along with 8 people). That's why I just had my leveling kit installed yesterday on my 2wd.

...And just an fyi, if u ever take a tour and in a moment of amazing terror, the guide starts laughing...its because he is scared too...

I say go all out!!! That's your baby no one elses. Imo you really have to try to be a poser! There are a lot of places that a 2wd will take you, I would just make sure u got someone w/4wd arround. I just had my 2.5" leveling kit installed yesterday and I love it! New tires and a lil lift, looks like a new rig!
Go for it!

Cool thanks! One last question... I want my truck to have a stance like this...

Is this just a 2" leveling kit? Thanks.

Looks like it might be but it is a 4x4 also. so it does sit a lil higher than a 4x2

I say lift it. i went out the other day and hit a puddle that any 4x4 could just cruise thru...i got pulled out by a pathfinder and he didnt have to even yank just a slight tug and i popped free...cant wait till i get my long travel!
