go to the store and get a stripped nut/bolt remover, i got some craftsman screw removers and bolt removers on sale the other day, the screw ones work good, haven't tried the bolt remover yet

heres a crazy idea i just had, could you weld a small piece of stock to it that would make like a handle to remove it?

It all depends on what the nut is on. Solvents work great but if you stripped it then theres no saving it. If the nut is on a bolt just cut it and replace the nut and bolt. If its on a stud try grinding it down thin on one side, not hitting the stud and try cracking it with a hammer and chisel. If its not that frozen and you rolled the corners with a bad socket or wrench or something, grind flat spots on it and go at it again after soaking it with some lubricates.

lil heat works very well too if you can get at it to heat it with a torch.

As far as seized nuts, I have tried every commercial product known to man from PB Blaster, to every formula of Liquid Wrench and hands down the best thing I have found came from an old tractor mechanic friend of mine; mix your own. Use half acetone and half transmission fluid, or any other lubricant. By far the best thing I have used and there is actual testing to back it up. Wish I had a quick link to it, but I found a comparison of nut loosener liquids over on dieselstop.com. Once on the site you can do a search for it. As far as stripped out? As others have said, you're going to need a tool if it'll fit. You may need to get up in there with a Dremel tool and a small cut off wheel if it's that tight of a space.
